How do I track my order?

When we have inspected your order you will receive an email with a tracking number. Click the number or enter it on our tracking page for real-time updates.

What is your return policy?

All customised merchandise may not be returned for any reason unless defective.

How long does shipping take?

We know you’re eager to get your new swim caps! Standard shipping takes 4-5 weeks within the EU.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we only ship within EU. However, shipping is included in the cap price and you won’t pay additional fees!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal an direct bank transfers.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

No, sorry. Due to how quickly an order goes into production, caps cannot be changed or cancelled once a design and payment has been approved.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage.

Can you help with my art?

Yes, absolutely! We will review your design for printing and optimise if necessary. The artwork is free. We prefer high resolution JPEGs, SVGs, PS og AI images.

Can you print my artwork in a specific color?

Sure! However, colors look different from one computer screen to another. We recommend that you specify PMS/Pantone color codes when ordering, to ensure the correct colours and ensure that there is no confusion later. Alternatively we will match the colours as best as possible to standard PMS/Pantone colours, see here .
